The lazy, hazy days of summer are definitely here, with temperatures pushing the 100 degree mark in Martinez. In fact, the National Weather Service has issued a heat warning through Wednesday.

You know all of the typical stuff—stay hydrated, don’t exert yourself in the heat, check on elderly neighbors.
