Where does it end? No rights for those that have problems with a church. Too much bias withRead More police departments, city attorney's, ect. People have the misconception that "church members" are honest and tell the truth. But they are NOT!!
nonoise April 20, 2014 at 08:53 am

folks the sky is not falling. I have a few credit cards. Once or twice a year either I notice a badRead More charge on my account, or there's one of these hacks, and my card needs to be cancelled. No money out of my pocket, and no real hassle, as I can use a different card until I get the replacement. No way am I going to carry around $100 all the time so I can buy gas. I do think that the credit card companies are going to get tired of the cost on *their* end from this fraud, and tighten up security. But I'm not going to change my life because of it. Just keep an eye on your account (I use Quicken so I see the charges the day after I make them).

Card using enthusaists kind of deserve to have this happen to them. By using your cards everywhereRead More you go, do you realize you are taking a large chunk of the businesses profit and choosing to give it to banks and credit card processors rather than the business itself? You, by using your cards, also force businesses to raise prices. Stop using your cards and you won't have to worry about security breaches AND you help businesses AND you help yourself by allowing businesses to lower prices.
Don April 20, 2014 at 08:09 am
For all the years I've had debit cards, never used them. If you're somewhere where credit cards, aRead More check or cash in your pocket can't be used, you shouldn't be there. Besides, most of you forget about all those last minute withdrawals and Irresponsibility takes over, yet you're still surprised- "what happened my bank account?"- the drunken stupor in the bar, or knee jerk "i gotta have it". Most can't afford those approaches, and the service fees know that

Pam J, you need a check up from the neck up. My goodness. An Obamazombie,no doubt.

I love the people who have nothing to add to the conversation so they throw either Obama or gunRead More control in. Either subject are worth debating at another time. But this conversation has nothing to do with either.

Can you hear me now? Fellow countrymen, lend me an ear. Ear today, gone tomorrow. The winner ofRead More the Vincent Van Gogh Look-A-Like contest is...... What is he going to do with the other half of the Q-Tip? In one ear and out the oth..........nevermind. Come on folks, lighten up and have a little fun with it! The death penalty certainly cuts down on the record number of incarcerations in America. Enough ofRead More this liberal crap on humane punishment. The word "humane' never enters the minds of these cold blooded killers. What is going to happen if another bombing takes place outside of Texas? What is going to happen with the next airplane hijacking, or Boston?
DDB April 19, 2014 at 04:29 am
Don, the comments were made at sentencing, not at trialso it hss no bearing on her conviction.

$210K is light for deaths on a system that should have very mature operating procedures by now. I'dRead More say heads need to roll before the civil suits start. All of BART needs a swift kick - here''s the chance to R&R management.
