The Martinez Museum is located in a charming Victorian cottage that contains a variety of items preserved from the early days of the city of Martinez. Displays change from time to time, but some of the artifacts visitors might find include local historical photographs, artwork, furniture, maps and a  500-pound bell that hung in the original Martinez Court House built in 1855.
