corruption in la tapatia

I went to the la tapatia in Martinez ca iam a local I ordered unsanitary untinsles and cups unclean menus I have complained about this and management is treated you like you are stupid and they give u poor quality of service I have reported this to health inspector and th and unsanitary use of food worker restaurant and iam filing a law suit and has anyone else had this same experience I was banned cause iam speaking my mind
