Tour the New Rankin Aquatic Center

The public is invited to tour the new Rankin Aquatic Center at an open house.  There will be a brief welcoming ceremony at 6:00 p.m., followed by the christening of the facility with a jump-in by Martinez City Council and the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Commission.

 Sorry, no public swimming during the Open House.

Saturday and Sunday, July 23-24, the pool will open to the public for swimming 11:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.  The week of July 25 the Rankin Aquatic Center will begin normal operations which will include swim lessons, water aerobics, lap swimming, birthday parties and more.  The swim season is being extended to September 18.
