You know the old saying. They don't make 'em like they used to.
They may or may not be true when it comes to homes, but for some people older houses are simply quainter and more "lived in."
This week, we thought we'd try to find the oldest home for sale in each of our communities.
In Martinez, there's this two-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 1400 Front St. that was built in 1925.
The 869-square-foot residence sits on a tenth of an acre. The list price is $450,000.
