6. Adopt resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a one year extension to Cooperative Agreement No. 4-2389 between the City of Martinez and the State of California acting through its Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) for use of Toll Bridge funds in the amount of $300,000 for the Marina Vista Pedestrian/Bicycle Improvement Mitigation Project.
