Two New Police Officers Sworn In Last Month

Mayor Rob Schroder gave the oath of office to two new police officers in Martinez last month.

Meet the two newest officers of the Martinez Police Department.

Matthew Allendorph was born and raised in Antioch, served in the Army where he completed two tours in Iraq. He was recently married and is the son of a retired Walnut Creek Police Department officer.   

Rodney Brinser II was born in the south, graduated from Rio Vista High School, owned his own flooring business before making a career change, and is married with two kids.

Both are graduates from the Contra Costa Law Enforcement Academy in Pittsburg, and were sworn in by Mayor Rob Schroder last month.
