A pick-up truck and a SUV crashed at a busy intersection near Hidden Valley Park in Martinez on Monday morning.
Patch reader Jason Parks sent in photos and reported the following information from the scene.
The collision happened shortly before 8:30 a.m.
The Ford truck was reportedly traveling east on Center Avenue near Redwood Drive when it hit the Chevy SUV, causing that vehicle to roll over.
The SUV occupants, an adult and a juvenile, were taken to a local hospital. No word on their injuries. The truck driver was shaken but appeared to be OK.
Martinez police are investigating the accident.
