5:58 am, Suspicious Circumstances: Westaire Pool on Westaire Blvd. – Report of a female driving a small car with a husky on a leash tied to the bumper. Gone on arrival.

6:07 am, Suspicious Circumstances: McDonalds on Court St. – Man states that he just returned from back east, and is trying to avoid people who put a "hit" on him. Gone on arrival.

6:28 am, Hit and Run: Center Ave at Muir Station Rd. – A white pickup ran a red light and hit a purple Volkswagen van before driving off.

10:52 am, Noise Disturbance: Harbor View Dr. Report of ongoing high-pitched noise coming from a phone tower.

3:04 pm, Attempted Burglary: Palm Ave. – Someone tried to break into a storage shed by pulling off the side paneling. Nothing was taken from the shed.

3:07 pm, Petty Theft: Amtrak Station on Marina Vista - Rear license plate removed from a 1995 Honda.

8:02 pm, Missing Person Runaway: Arana Dr. - A juvenile that left home on Dec. 3 stayed with relatives but has not returned to grandmother's home. She texted father and told him to consider her 18 years old, and she would take care of herself.

Dec. 7, 2010

5:47 am, Suspicious Circumstances: Fig Tree Lane - Report of someone trying to steal a car, police arrive and arrest the suspect.

7:05 am, Power Outage: Marina Vista and Shell Ave. – Power out from Monterey Ave. to Carquinez Scenic Dr., and from Brown St. to Marina Vista Ave. 2600 customers affected.

7:08 am Burglary Report: Williamson Ct. – Trunk and rear window broken and items taken from vehicle.

8:03 am, Accident: Morello Ave. and Palisade Dr. – Child hit by vehicle.

8:34 am, Burglary: Westaire Blvd – A stereo was stolen from a vehicle thorugh a locked rear driver side door.

1:03 pm, Miscellaneous Disturbance: Alhambra Ave. and Elderwood Dr. – A woman reports that a man on a bus stole her money and ran toward Safeway.

1:30 pm, Burglary: Harbor View Dr. – Report of a theft from a 2006 Ford F350; truck had a broken lock on the driver's door, $1,500 of items taken.

2:56 pm, Unauthorized Use of Personal Identity: Brown St. – Someone is using a woman's social security number and date of birth to obtain cable TV service in Sacramento.

3:13 pm, Missing Adult: Berrellesa St. – Black male adult last seen two days prior wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

4:56 pm,  Suspicious Circumstances: California Check Cashing store on Center Ave. – Suspect who stole checks from the trunk of a car was trying to cash them at the store. Police arrested the suspect.

5:14 pm, Auto Theft: Terrace Way – A white male adult in a dark color hat and blue jacket stole a green Toyota Sienna Van, crashed it into a light post and ran down the street.

6:57 pm, Burglary: Ulfinian Way – A door handle was pried and a shotgun stolen out of a vehicle.

9:54 pm, Petty Theft: Sunhill Lane – Christmas lawn decorations were stolen during the night.

Dec. 8, 2010

4:21 am, Burglary In Progress: Oak Glen Court – Report of someone shaking the front door. Officer assisted caller.

8:08 am, Hit and Run: Howe Rd. at Pine St. – A blue Toyota Corolla hit a grey Toyota Camry and drove away, no injuries.

Dec. 9, 2010

5:46 am, Burglary: Elderwood Dr. – A vehicle driver's side window was smashed and a GPS system and pain medication was taken.

7:02 pm, Suspicious Person: Estudillo St. and Escobar St. – A subject in the parking lot of the Martinez News Gazette took his pants off, wearing boxer shorts and seeming suspicious. Gone on arrival.

10:33 pm, Robbery: Muir Rd. – A black male adult with black bandana over his face and wielding a gun stole $100 in cash.

Dec. 10, 2010

9:21 am, Found Property: Tarantino Dr. at the Marina – A report of a safe in the water.

6:40 pm, Suspicious Circumstances: Lance Court – Solicitors who are trying to paint the curb came to a woman's door demanding payment. Suspects were given a verbal citation and warning.

8:31 pm, Suspicious Person: Buena Vida Court and El Dorado Dr. – A man was walking quickly toward a woman who was checking her mail. Gone on arrival.

Dec. 11, 2010

 7:00 am, Accident No Injuries: Alhambra Ave. at Glenview Dr. – Vehicle vs. deer, no human injuries. Animal Control notified.

8:19 pm, Suspicious Circumstances: Marina Vista and Waterfront Rd. Duck hunters with guns. Report of gun fire, suspects seen carrying a duck. Gone on arrival.

4:23 pm, Suspicious Circumstances: Marina Vista at Mococo Rd. – Family standing on railroad tracks who appear to be taking a family portrait. They have cameras, tripods and step ladders. Gone on arrival.
