Restaurant Manager Arrested For Putting Camera In Restroom

Police charge Papa Murphy's Pizza manager with invasion of privacy.

A restaurant manager has been charged with invasion of privacy after police discovered a hidden camera in the employee restroom.

According to Martinez Police Sgt. Glen Walkup, an employee of Papa Murphy's Pizza on Arnold Drive complained to police on Friday, Jan. 18, regarding the hidden camera in the employee restroom. An employee gave the camera to investigating officers. 

After an initial investigation, police arrested 31-year-old Jason Lassor, the restaurant manager. He has been charged with disorderly conduct and invasion of privacy, and booked into county jail.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
