Loud kids everywhere – A party was reported on Valente Circle around midnight, reported that there were loud kids everywhere.
Not so smart driver – A man driving a Smart Car was warned after he was reported going the wrong way on Alhambra Avenue.
No bike lanes – A man was stopped and warned after he was seen driving down the middle lane of southbound Highway Four on a bicycle.
Fast food assault – A man in a red wheelchair was arrested after it was reported he was hitting people waiting in the drive through line at Wendy’s on Alhambra Avenue.
October 10
Stolen car – A driver who was parked on Yale Street and Holly View Drive reported that they went for a walk, and when they returned, their car was gone. The keys and a purse were in the car.
Is it Wile E? – A coyote was seen on the walking path at Hidden Lakes Park on Morello Avenue.
Dead deer – A dead deer was found at the corner of Shell Avenue and Marina Vista. Animal Control responded and police provided traffic control.
Board meeting – Two teenage boys are reported in the parking lot of the adult school on Alhambra Avenue chasing each other with 2X4s.
A scary encounter – A man was arrested for public drunkenness after he was reported waving a steak knife at a woman and mumbling that he had to throw it away, before putting it back in his pocket and heading toward Loaves and Fishes on Alhambra Avenue.
Unpaying customer – A customer at America’s Best Value Inn on Alhambra Avenue is reported to be unwilling to check out, and unwilling to pay.
October 11
Smash and grabs – A car window was smashed and a purse and camera were stolen from a car on White Mountain Court. A similar incident happened later on Arnold Drive; a shoulder bag with equipment was stolen.
Unauthorized drilling – A report from St. Mary’s Street of a man who was pounding on the door of a home, then went somewhere near the house and was drilling something.
Drive through – A report that someone drove their car into Tower Market on Howe Road. No report of injuries.
