With most of the people downtown for the Beaver Festival and the Peddlers' Faire, it was a relatively quiet Saturday for Martinez Police.
There was a complaint from the Radcliffe Court neighborhood of a rooster that had been crowing early and often. There were also calls to police reporting verbal arguments and a motorcycle doing wheelies.
