Police Log, Aug. 20: Dog Waste Dispute, Antique Japanese Sword Stolen

1:38 a.m. - Vandalism - Occurred at Senior Center Apts on Ferry St. Suspect keyed RP's vehicle and threw a brick at the window.

6:43 a.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred on Parkway Dr. Man with shaved head walking a mountain bike and going through recyclables.

8:43 a.m. - Burglary - Occurred at Labor Union Hall on Berrellesa St. Mail taken from locked mailbox; incident on camera.

8:52 a.m. - Fraud - Occurred on Fig Tree Ln. Debit card taken with fraudulent charges.

9:54 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Green St. RP threw dog waste in a neighbor's garbage, then a male resident came out and said if she didn't remove it he would rub the waste in her face. Then he blocked her path, took out the dog waste and threw it at her.

2:26 p.m. - Burglary - Occurred on Beechwood Dr. Occurred within the last week; Comcast cable modem and other computer items missing.

3:35 p.m. - Burglary - Occurred at *98 MPD Lobby* on Escobar St. Antique Japanese sword worth $250 stolen.

7:56 p.m. - Non-Injury Crash - Occurred at Muir Lodge Motel on Alhambra Av. Two vehicles involved.
