Gas Station Robbed on Halloween

A man stole an undisclosed amount of cash and fled.

A man robbed a gas station last night and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

According to Martinez police, a man dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans walked into Flex Oil Gas on Alhambra Avenue, brandished a gun at the clerk and demanded money. The clerk gave him an undisclosed amount and the man ran toward a nearby shopping center.

There were no customers in the store at the time.

The suspect is described as a white male between 20 and 30 years told, six feet tall and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans.
