Driver Hospitalized After Crash With School Bus in Concord

No one on the school bus was injured.

One person was hospitalized after a collision between a school bus and another vehicle in Concord Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported shortly before 7 a.m. on Pine Hollow Road near Krona Lane. The driver of the white vehicle that collided with the bus was taken to John Muir Medical Center, CHP Officer Kevin Bartlett said.

There were three people on the school bus at the time -- the driver and two students -- and none was injured, he said.

No other details about the crash were immediately available.
