Bad Luck: Man Arrested, Then Car Stolen

This guy can't seem to catch a break. A man was arrested and was told to leave his vehicle at the scene. That's tough enough.
He later reported to the Martinez Police that before he could return to the scene of the arrest, his car was stolen. the man claims the car contained all his belongings, including medication.
