She has been FOUND! Thanks to a couple of sisters who were at the marina in their car and who thought a shirtless guy in the car next to them was acting oddly. One sister got out of the car and saw he had a gun so she got back in her car just when PD rolled up. She honked her horn until they noticed the car next to her and got out and arrested the man. The child was reunited with her parents and is considered well. Thank you God!
