Thank You From the Downtown Retailers Focus Group
More than $1,400 raised for the Martinez Early Childhood Center.
On behalf of the Downtown Retailers Focus Group, I would like to thank the participating downtown businesses and a concerned citizen for raising funds for the Martinez Early Childhood Center during “Downtown Martinez Has A Heart” two days around Valentine’s day in February.
During these tough economic times, the following generous merchants raised a total of $1,425: Ambiance Boutique, Antiques on the Main, Char's Flower Shoppe, Citrus Salon, Good Stuff Guitar Shop, Haute Stuff Bistro, Le Shoppe, Leah's Closet, Lemongrass Bistro, Main Street Quilts, Pandora's Box, Studio Triskellion, Tthe Station, White Rabbit Boutique, and Martinez resident Bill Schilz.
Thank you to all who helped us raise funds for this third consecutive year for the MECC and thanks to the citizens who shopped or dined downtown to help us donate a portion of our two day proceeds.
