Friends and family of William Charles Cooper are mourning the lifelong Martinez resident who died unexpectedly at his home on April 4. He was 62.
Bill was known for his talent as a musician and his love of conversation, acording to Legacy.com.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Horn, and four children.
