Teamster General President Jim Hoffa To Visit East Bay

Current International Brotherhood Of Teamsters General President James P. Hoffa will be in Newark, CA on Sept. 17th. This campaign fundraising event is open to all Teamsters, and their families.

It will be at Swiss Park in Newark, CA. Located just off 880, from the Mowry exit. The event starts at 1:00 PM. It will feature a $ 15,000.00 raffle, a barbeque,dancing  and entertainment will be provided by a live band.

Teamster Western Region Vice-President Rome A. Aloise is hosting the event. Rome is the leader of the Teamsters in Northern and Central California. Many Martinez citizens will remember Rome's Father, Vince Aloise, who ran the Teamsters Local 315 in Martinez (and the rest of Contra Costa County) some years ago.
