Temple Beth Hillel, the only synagogue in West Contra Costa, extends an invitation to the community to join them in celebrating the High Holy Days, the most important of Jewish holidays.
Led by Rabbi Dean Kertesz, services begin with Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, September 4 -5 at 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. respectively, and end with Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, September 13 - 14 at 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. respectively. A special service for families with young children begins at 1:00 p.m., September 14. Free childcare will be provided during all holiday services.
