Weekend Weather: The Creek Rises

Alhambra Creek was rising Sunday morning, as the city waits in anticipation of high tide at 2:49 p.m., when a combination of storm runoff and river innundation could lead to problems downtown. 

In addition, storm water collected at the corner of Arthur Road and Pacheco Boulevard, making much of the intersection unpassable.
