Rain Is On The Way, Will Soak Us All Weekend

Don't let Thursday's blue skies fool you, rain is forecast for the next three days

The pre-holiday weekend is likely to be a wet one.

The National Weather Service is forecasting that rain will most likely begin to fall again tonight in most of the East Bay.

The weather service says there is a 100 percent chance of rain on Friday and a 90 percent chance of rain on Saturday. Precipitation is expected during the day and the evening on both days.

Rain is also likely on Sunday during the day. Showers are predicted for Sunday evening.

Don't put the umbrella away just yet. There's a chance of showers on Monday, Christmas Eve.

However, the weather service says it'll be mostly sunny on Tuesday, Christmas Day.

Over the next two days, there's expected to be strong winds with gusts more than 20 miles per hour. Temperatures are expected to only reach the mid-50s over the next five days.

Perhaps I am just an Apple lovin' technopeasant, but despite my frantic serial clicking on text without links, I could not find the actual story. Alas and alack I may never know why there is no darkness in "...Into Darkness" (or Lightness). Oh, and welcome back Jim!
