Pet of the Week

Meet Sasha the Bunny

Sasha is a Dutch Rabbit, with white and rich chocolate-brown colored fur. Dutch rabbits, like Sasha, have characteristic markings, such as a wedge of white running up their face, then colored fur on either side of their face, and more colored fur around their body. Sasha is a striking beauty, who is easy to love. According to the American Dutch Rabbit Club, “The Dutch Rabbit is a very gentle and well dispositioned animal.” Although most rabbits don’t like to be held, Sasha let me hold her and pet her for a long time. Sasha would be a great companion for an older child or adult. She is a delight to cuddle with. When you aren’t cuddling or playing with your rabbit, you’ll need to keep her indoors in comfortable quarters. Rabbits are healthiest and happiest when they live with you inside. There are various condos and cages that allow you to keep your rabbit where she can see you, allowing her to bond with you and your family. Sasha is looking for a loving family where she can share her sweet nature, easy going attitude, and shine with her remarkable beauty. She will need to be spayed. (A672123)
