Reporter's Notes: Anthony Bonhomme has a good eye for choosing fashionable, quality, reasonably priced handbags to stock in his store. Patrons that visited his shop during the interview were thrilled with the variety of handbags, as was this reporter. The store also carries various other items, including wallets, earrings, clothing, sunglasses, and sandals. Inventory changes with the seasons. The Handbag Store is located at 1252 Pine Street in Martinez and is open Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 5 p.m.; Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can contact The Handbag Store at 925-339-6880.
