Dreaming of Bunnies in Black and White

Bernie and Gabby are "dream" bunnies: adorable, loving, and fun!

Bernie is a male Lion Head rabbit, with all black fur. He is extremely handsome and has a lot of charisma. Bernie is an adventurer who enjoys exploring. He has a curious nature, and very expressive eyes. Bernie likes to run, jump, and hop, making him a lot of fun to watch. Give him a little time to warm up to you, and he will be your best friend. Bernie is a cute character who will make a great companion. (A698515)

Gabby is a female, short hair, English Spot rabbit. She is an adorable lady with beautiful black spots on her very soft white coat. Gabby is very friendly and outgoing. She likes to be petted and will sit in your lap and just hang out with you. Gabby is a joyful, sweet rabbit who would be a loving companion. (A700616)

Rabbits make great pets for adults and children 10 years of age or more. They are not recommended for young children. Bernie and Gabby are both indoor rabbits who need to be inside your house with you. Rabbits develop strong bonds with people and even other animals. They will feel more connected to you when they see you, so finding a place in your home where they can connect with you is very important.

There are many comfortable quarters available for indoor rabbits. A dog exercise pen is easy to put up and fits any space. Rabbits also like to have a den where they can rest, which can be a cardboard box or a rabbit igloo. After a nice rest, rabbits also need time to play, and exercise. Early morning or early evening is their most active time, which is a perfect time for you to play with them.

After being neutered or spayed, rabbits can be easily litter box trained. Bernie will need to be neutered, and Gabby will need to be spayed.
