A large earthquake shook Martinez Monday morning at 5:33. According to the USGS, it was a 4.3 magnitude quake. This one felt as though it rolled across the ground, and lasted a few seconds. It had a depth of 5.5 miles, and the epicenter was located about a mile from El Cerrito.
