Someone's Makin' The Noise

The Ro-Duo's Wrap up of tunes around town...

This week's blog entry is by my partner in crime, Jenny Starmack, because I got tied up. (cb)

I have to admit March is one of my favorite months of the year, after all, you gotta love the First Day of Spring, March Madness, those “Ides” we all need to be wary of and of course my personal favorite Holiday, St. Patrick’s Day, which also happens to be my birthday.

There is always a party going on somewhere on my birthday.  Many times over the last few years I’ve had a gig on my birthday which is very fun, but for the last couple of years I have been able to go out and enjoy the other live music playing around town and partake in the St. Patty’s Day party.

Spring is coming!  The weather is getting warmer and the pace downtown is picking up, I can already feel it.  Get out, enjoy yourself - better yet, invite a friend to Martinez and show them what a great little town this is.  I’d like to encourage you to try someplace a little different in March, maybe a venue you have not been to before or haven’t been to for a while.

Below is the schedule of all of the musical happenings for the rest of March. We can create a Martinez Music March Madness of our own:
