New Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Verizon Stores To Open This Month
Arnold Drive shopping center is the first retail development to open in Martinez in over ten years.
, several new shops will open this month in an Arnold Drive complex between Walmart and Home Depot.
Though originally slated for a Staples office supply store, the largest building in the development will house a Dollar Tree. Other tenants include a Verizon phone store and a drive-through Starbucks.
According to a story in the Contra Costa Times, a major restaurant is also slated to go into the complex, though the devleoper refused to say which restaurant was going in until the deal is completed.

It is the first major retail development in Martinez in over ten years, and the first stores are scheduled to open in mid-August.
