- 706 Main St., formerly Le Gateau Elegant
- 701 Escobar St., formerly The Bow Rack
- 736 Main St., currently Legal Grounds Coffee Shop
- Office suites at 649 Main St., also known as Main Street Mall
- An office space at 823 Escobar St.
- An office suite at 823 Marina Vista
- An office building at 524 Main St.
- An office building at 3755 Alhambra Ave.
- A historic office building at 820 Alhambra Ave.
- An office building and lofts at 730 Las Juntas
