Legal Grounds Up for Sale On Main Street

The coffee shop at the corner of Main and Ferry is priced at $39,000 and available immediately.

Main Street is seeing some changes this summer. Last week, . Now, just up the street, Legal Grounds Coffee is setting itself up for a takeover. 

The 1,600 sq. ft. cafe is listed for sale on the Main Street Martinez website, and is available immediately. The price is $39,000 for the location, which includes a loft, office space and a basement for storage.

Jody Rawleigh is the owner of Legal Grounds. His brother, , is the owner of . The fate of Legal Grounds is unknown, as are details regarding any potential buyers. Got a tip? Email Martinez@Patch.com.
