Main Street is seeing some changes this summer. Last week, . Now, just up the street, Legal Grounds Coffee is setting itself up for a takeover. 

The 1,600 sq. ft. cafe is listed for sale on the Main Street Martinez website, and is available immediately. The price is $39,000 for the location, which includes a loft, office space and a basement for storage.
