Who owns the building, and what are the terms on the current lease? Would the new owner be under a different contract, or will it be sub-leased?

Help the employees take it over. Help them get a small business loan and turn them from employees into business owners!

I can't say I will be sad to see them go. Jody has quite the reputation around town for being a miserable cranky person that has no customer focus skills and is only out for profiteering not for the benefit of the community or his customers. When that places goes, good riddance, lets get some QUALITY merchants in this town that actually CARE about their customers!
