Chamber Honors Martinez Citizens of the Year

The Martinez Chamber of Commerce is honoring a variety of citizens of the year.

The chamber has listed on its website the winners who will be feted at the dinner and award ceremony, 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at the Martinez Events Center, 524 Main St.

The chamber is asking for RSVP by Friday, April 5, by calling (925) 228-2345.

The winners are:

  • Wyatt Licht — young man of the year.
  • Ashley Baughman — young woman of the year.
  • Jim Nierhake — man of the year.
  • Barbara Patchin — woman of the year.
  • Corinne Christiansen — educator of the year.
  • Doug Senz — service without borders.
  • Dick Evans — lifetime achievement.
  • Marty Ochoa — Charles Laird Award.
  • Kinder's, Meats Deli BBQ — business of the year.
  • Richard Munoz — ambassador of the year.
