Bosco'z Burgurz opens on Pacheco & Haven Street
Long time business returns just in time for summer.
The holiday weekend got off to a cool and delicious start with the opening of Boscoz Burgers at Pacheco Boulevard and Haven Street.
Friday's opening found dozens of patrons dining on burgers, sweet potato fries and all kinds of soft serve items.
Owner Dennis Davis was way too busy to talk, but he seemed to be enjoying the buzz of activity. Boscoz, (named after Davis’ pit bull), is the result of a dream to restore what was a hometown eatery here for over sixty years. Davis, in his relentless tenacity in the face of regulators and other challenges, has beat the odds and appears to have created -- or re-created -- a tasty Martinez icon.
