Book Signing for "Cultivating Radiance" on Saturday

Local author will be signing copies of her book Cultivating Radiance Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the , 529 Main Street. Store owner Anne Mobley will serve mimosas to all adults in attendance.

Gerlach describes her book as "self-care from the inside out." It is a book that attempts to guide the reader to the best parts of themselves, and to emphasize the positive aspects of the human experience, while acknowledging and embracing the more painful parts.

"In order to keep up with our dynamic lives and to sustain a high level of energy, we must take care of our whole selves," she said. "Cultivating Radiance is about fully honoring yourself and all that you have to offer."
