The Downtown Retailers Focus Group was formed in September 2008 and is made up of ALL merchants in the Martinez downtown. There is nothing to join. Just being a merchant in the Martinez Downtown, your business is automatically considered part of this group.
Our goal is to promote our businesses by creating events to bring customers into our businesses, to network with other merchants, and to raise funds for our identified Martinez non-profit organizations. Fundraising events in 2011 will be created to benefit the following non-profit organizations:

There are no membership dues. There are no officers. We are a group of merchants who interact and desire the same outcome, and that is, success for all our local businesses. Without community support, we would be out of business.
